I wonder if women can sense a man with high testosterone ...
Once in a while I find myself attracted to a girl who isn't necessarily the best looking, biggest boobed, etc.
Yet I find myself staring at her for no reason. I wonder if it works vice versa and maybe I'm picking up on the fact that she's fertile.
Anyone running high amounts of test (500 mg+) notice any increased attention from women and not just from confidence?

They just sense the confidence.

I recall seeing a documentary on the smell of sweat. I can't remember the details but there was an overwhelming number of women that were attracted to the scent of 1 out of the 5 men. They never saw the men, just smelled their shirts. I'll have to find that video...

I think guys can sense or smell it. When I was running high test, lots of aggression towards me for no reason.
Minding my own business having dinner, guys started asking me if I fight , etc. getting too close. It's odd

Thank you! Someone finally got on the right track. What everyone is talking about is pheromones - odorless chemicals that can signal an individual's identity, arousal or sexual receptivity, or influence behavior and physiology. Pheromones are detected by the vomeronasal organ (VNO), an organ composed of a pair of small pits on the membranous skin inside the nostrils. There is considerable debate whether the VNO exists in humans. SOme researchers claim it exists in humans, other believe it is only present during fetal periods of development but is gone at birth, existing only in other animal species. "Menstrual synchrony" the phenomenon that many women housed together (sisters, mothers, daughters, etc) will share similar menstrual cycles, was widely held as the first example of pheromones among humans. Menstrual synchrony however, has been largely dismissed as cycles of various lengths randomly phasing in and out of synchrony over several months as causing cycles to converge AND diverge.
Austinite is correct, though. In an experiment performed in 1996, men were given an unscented T-shirt and were asked to wear it for two nights in a row and not use deodorants or scented soaps. 48 hours later, women were presented with the shirts - three from men with similar major histocompatibility complex (MHC) genes to the women, and three from men with different MHC genes from the women. The women preferred the scents of men whose MHC genes were different from their own. The results suggested body odor might influence past and current decisions on who to date.

I knew this had to be a Newbie question. It comes up about 1x every 3 months or so. Just search for Pheromones and you will see just how often the exact same question is asked.
