Has anyone else experienced this?
Every time I order from a certain well known web site of South American origin I get stiffed.....
Either the product is later than they say by a considerable amount of time or its missing something
This time my alcohol wipe haven't arrived.....
I'm not using them again :-(

im lost on why, you would import when you live in the uk and--well im from the u.s. and thas clearly where all the sources are at.

There is a uk based branch that uses uk companies its not just on these I orderd my 7 yr old a magic set that was 4 weeks arriving
