    If he was to take a interest in bodybuilding/weights later on in life, what age do you think is a good age for a young-un to start out at?

    i definitely won't be actively encouraging him till at least 17-18yrs old to start training.

    i myself only started fooling around with weights at around 20-21, and with studies, work, getting married, starting a family... never really got super serious until after 35yo!
