After 17 years I think I'm doing ok. It really depends on timing & what's going on. I can kick it in Alaska & get in a couple times a week or fly to Hawaii or CA & get it 5-7x a week. The wife likes "stimulation".

Maternity Ward of any hospital. Typically its done by IV drip. I'm not aware of other sources and I know we aren't supposed to be discussing sources but.... if you get constipated and need help pushing it out..... worked for both my kids to come out when doc wanted them out.
