Just finished first day at the new gym. I'm thinking the strength gains will come a little quicker as I noticed all their dumbbells go up in 2.5lb increments rather than the usual 5.

today I am going to be slamming the calories. I only had one meal yesterday, couldn't stomach anything last two days. Taking a probiotic made me really sick. I have three big meals I took to work with me, plus snacks and 32 oz of raw milk with me. Hoping it's enough replenishment before training tonight otherwise I will save the training session for tomorrow, but pretty sure I'll hit it today.

So I can't seem to eat anything today, maybe it's because I got crap for sleep and woke up at 3 am for work, but at around 7 this morning started getting really nauseated and lost all interest in food, had a shake at 4 am that didn't sit well, skipped breakfast, and just only now well past lunch eating part of my breakfast that's less harsh on stomach. I don't get it I ate a ton yesterday and was fine, I think it might have been the final meal I ate last night that made me feel sick. Now the question is do I push today's training till tomorrow so I'm not lifting basically fasted? It worked moving mondays to tuesday, but this would only work again banking on that I will be able to eat tomorrow.

I'm going to leave work now and see if sleep helps. Sunday and monday I swear it was the probiotic I took. I don't feel as bad as then, but I don't get how I'm feeling crappy now. I should be devouring food like it's nothing. I did take my supplements today with my shake and that could be an issue, will drop them the next few days. I dunno but after yesterday I thought I was good to go.
