I'm thinking Lovbyts here is the wild card. Recent surgery. Been out of the gym for awhile. I suspect there could be some serious improvement in a short period of time here.

Thanks for the encouragement guys, I sure hope so but as I have said before and will again, Butterygoodness has really made impressive gains/losses in the last year showing a lot of dedication and hard work. I know it sounds like a cliche but I hope we are all winners.
Tonight could be a little difficult to get a GOOD workout. I think I had all of 30 minutes sleep/nap in the last 33 hrs and I still have 13 hrs of work left.

OH shit! I gave away your secret. Sorry man.
Maybe there should be a "just recovered from surgery / aint been in a gym in a while" division?
muscle memory could be huge for some quickly rebounding gains.

Well so far I've been awake for 52 hours. What do you think I should I take a nap for a few hours and start my day or just stay up and go for 72 hours in a row?
I've only had 2 cups of coffee in the last 2 days so it's not chemically induced by any means, just a lot off bad timing and being too busy. I've actually done 72 hours in a row before and it's not much fun and after 48 hours you start to get a little punch drunk.
I think I may skip the gym later today lol

I'm not going to make 72 hrs. I made it 60 but I just took an ambien so its lights out soon.

Update I needed about 62 hours of no sleep until last night and so far I slept for almost 12 hours with only 3 short breaks waking up in between
Besides feeling like I could easily sleep for another 10 hours I feel better in the head is only a little bit foggy so I'm going to get up soon and get some caffeine inside my body and get movies so I can make it to the gym today and get back on track. Hope everyone has a good day

I'm not sure. I have caught up on sleep but I also just started a post about Reversed cervical Lordosis.
From the reading I have been doing this could be the reason for my upper back cramps that caused my shoulder injury 2 years ago and is trying to come back with a vengeance again now that I'm training a little harder.
So far lots of ice and sleeping on the floor is keeping things in check I think it's time to make an appointment with a doctor and find out what's going on for sure. It may slow me down but I'm not going to let it stop me.

Week 2 pictures added to page 1.
So far so good besides the minor set back with the upper back cramping and tweaking the shoulders a little again.

Updated page one 2nd week log.
I though I would post up pictures of where I work out most of the time. It's the attic area in an old warehouse. Some of you may remember I posted not long ago about there being no heat and the temp being 37 deg for several days. It's been much better lately and now in the 50s.
When in the 30s even with gloves everything is COLD and between sets I would warm my hands on a running electric motor. lol
I think they stole this equipment from my old school back in the 80s.

I went to the chiropractor today for the first time in over a year. OMG I forgot how good he is at putting the rib in my back back In place and how good it feels when its in.
Hopefully it will stay in place for a while. I can tell my arms feel different/better or like the nerves are working again also. Weird and hard to explain.

hahaha it's that damn right eye of mine. It always turns out that way in pictures. Must have something to do with the 7, or is it 8 surgeries on it. I'm actually going to the doctor Friday to talk to them about fixing the eye lid, again...
BTW it was also 4am here so... lol
Oh and thank, yeah it's finally starting to peak a little

Friday I had a little in office procedure done. Seems like I am having something done ever few months if I need it or not. lol I have had a bubble/blister on my right eye ever since my last surgery a little over a year ago and it was time to have it removed since it was irritating. They literally just grabbed it with tweezers and snipped it off.

Id like to say it's not as bad as it looks but actually it's worse than it looks in the pictures. The benches wont incline due to bent or broken supports so I have to block up the bench with whatever is available and obviously the 2 universals gyms are pretty much worthless although I use them for lat pulldown, leg press and various other things.
I actually have 2 other gym memberships but this is where I work out 90% or more of the time. One gym I have not even been to since they changed owners and locations over a year ago due to mostly timing and crowds.

Ok. So this is a choice then? Whats the matter with you?? lol
But i get what youre saying about timing and crowds. Im about to switch over to GoodLife, the corporate thieving bass turds! I hate them! BUT, i know 50% of the membership and the girls are to die for in there.

That's crazy though. In fact, that's stereotyping. Next time simply act like this guy..but they might show you "stretching area"..lol

ha yeah tell me about it. It's not like there is anyone around to save my ass if I were to have an accident. That's why I DONT lift heavy besides the shoulder issue still but yeah it's always on my mind. When I do use a straight bar I dont use collars just in case so I can do the good ole tip off. Been there, done that. hahaha

I got a good tricep workout Saturday night but have decided to give it another day for a couple of reasons. #1, 2 hrs sleep last night. Reason #2 is towards the end of my workout I felt my right eye tearing up a bit and felt weird/pressure where I had the blister snipped off on Friday. Most all of Saturday after working out my right eye was a bit sore so I figure I should give it another day or two to heal.
