Yeah, ok. I had previously mentioned that i wanted to be around 235lbs w/10% BF at the end of this little comp. Well, that's now went to the wayside as i simply can't lie to myself or you guys as well. I just like to eat too much. and i do a damn good job doing so.

That being said, here are my new goals:

As of today i weigh in at 236lbs. Probably 14% bf. Maybe 16%.

Starting Monday for 8 weeks not giving dosages)

Test (large amounts)
D-Bol ( similar but for only 3 weeks)

4-6 weeks before end of comp will look like this:

Test (moderate amount)
Tren A (moderate amount)
Winstrol (moderate amount)
My diet will be my biggest issue here. Cardio being the second. If i can master those two, i think i'll be ok.

Training is easy. Just lift according to set plan and all is good.
