I think it's wide open really.... I'd say the bulkers are going to struggle to win tho TBH....

If KP smashed the next 3 months he would be a beast and lean... But I don't know how dedicated he is to counting macros and doing cardio.... He for sure could win this if his game plan was on point....

I think its too early to say, too many unknowns in the field, too many variables to consider, it was interesting to see the bodies behind the voices that is for sure.
    What voices are you hearing?

Thank you all for the compliments!!! It mean a lot to me. IMO there are a lot of people who have extreme possible changes to make. but it's whether or not they can actually make the changes or not. I wonder how many will actually make it to the end of the comp.

Funny fact, his awesome transformation log a few years back is what drew me into this site and prompted me to join up.
I did love doing that log.... I was 100% dedicated then and wanted to win...

I can't say I have that kind of focus now tho.... So let's see if I can pull myself together a bit

No sir. I figured since my gains are going pretty well IMO I keep them going as much as possible. At my age I feel as though my body is already jacked as if I supplemented. So no reason to at this point to do it. If its not broken, don't fix it. I was searching for diet forums when I found this site and began to explore it reading each forum. It really reinforced my decision to stay away from aas with all the things that could go wrong at my age. And in all honesty it scares the shit out of me lol

Thanks bud!!! Majority of my genetics are from my dad. When he used to lift hard he was a monster. He also has a great insight and knowledge of the mind. Growing up playing small sports he would always give me these talks before hand about getting in the mindset to use rage. Not anger or thinking abou something that pisses you off but being able to dig deep and pull out something more. And when I got into lifting he helped me get started then too. Before a big lift he was able to get me so fuking amped up that I would shake in fury. I've now managed to accomplish this level of intensity on my own and use it everyone I workout. For me, my mentality is what separates me from everyone. Genetics aside, I feel I will out work any fvker out there with out a single doubt in my mind. Ppl tell u work hard cuz someone else is working ten times harder. I'm that fvker working ten times harder. I always tell people, I'm where I'm at because I want this more then you do.

Thanks man!! Your goin to do awesome! Just remember the basics. 90 percent of the people here fail at the most basic level even when using aas. like a building, no foundation, building fails.

Lmao hopefully I'll get there Even before that. I'm shooting for the top. I don't have any bodybuilder I envy or want to be like. Why would anyone want to be like someone else when you can be better then them?

I am. I ended the bulk classic pretty natural because of some health issues. I got a lot to do to build more of a base, so ill be bulking. Going to try to keep the fat sub 13 throughout though. I got 2 more weeks of this short blast, then ill break and go back at it.

My vote goes towards Treasure! She's got the diet, she's working out and she has her entire family behind her - kids, mom, hubby and the support from us.

For the not natural, it's anyone's for the taking. Lots of contenders and maybe a pretender lol.

Natty. Buttery seems to be well positioned but if he slips, there is close completion for him as well!!!

And that's why I want a big, strong foundation! I'd like to sit at 205 and 12% bf. I like the look of a little higher bf. My goal last year was to reach 185 and the end goal with 12%. Well, I'm there and not big enough! Funny how things change.

Marcus needs to start a thread for the competitors only so we can ask questions on training, compounds, etc.

BUTERYGOODNESS deserves special mention because of his natural ability to build muscle sans the gear. He's an inspiration to us all, or at least to me anyway.

The three top beasts are in my opinion; Tron, Shovel, Human Project(HP). But for over all body comp, that's anybody's game.

Im looking forward to seeing the end result of Baseline's transformation. This is simply because i am infatuated with his incredible delts - he can build them like there's no tomorrow.

And i hope HP can maintain his low BF. Thats something you don't see too often on here. That takes a LOT of discipline.

I wish everyone the best and to remember, you're all winners - regardless of where you end up.

Thanks, putting a lot more effort into this comp than the last one, mostly because Im trying to get ready for a show in November. But on the other hand I don't have my good buddy tren so we'll see how it goes. I do have a few other compounds though so you never know.

I'm very interested into how Baseline, KP and Mr FQ320 will turn out.

Tron and Buttery look really good from the start, so im not sure how much more improved they can get!
