    I went to my 1st Bodybuilding show a couple of years ago to see Fireguy and his wife compete. Speaking of I need to see when his/their next show is. The guy is a beast and in great shape year round.

    i m going to meet back in black , Kronik420 , austinite , Aziz , marcus and the admin soon they said they are hosting a party for my first cycle

    The seminars are interesting, light entertainment.... But I find it hard to listen to pro's now a days with anything regarding training or nutrition.....

    When you have been once its just the same every year.... Hence why I only go if I can get a free pass
