dad gummit euro u sure have polluted my thread with a bunch of garbage! personally i do not feel i necessarily NEED to give u an explanation but i will anyways for others that may be reading as i think my explanation has some relevance to the overall theme of this site as it pertains to running AAS cycles.

now u say leaders are supposed to lead by example to inspire people right? well as u should know by now typically the experienced AAS users in the Q and A forum always try to steer new guys in the direction of getting diet and training down first, then once they have made decent gains and reduced their bf% (or whatever needs to be done) then consider running an AAS cycle, but not until they have also spent a good amount of time educating themselves with proper cycle protocol as well as familiarizing themselves with the compounds they intend to run and the potential for negative sides and how to deal with them..

now when i came to this site i was 213lbs 27%bf and i already had a little knowledge of AAS from some research i had done prior but never implemented because i didnt think i was ready. as a result of being on this site i started gaining dietary knowledge and with the help of some good fellas in the nutrition forum (BIB, GB,) put together a diet and started a cut. along the way i became aware of the possibility that my testosterone could be low so i went and had it tested. it came back low and as a result after doing all the things necessary (endocrinologist appts, MRI (pituitary tumor rule out), etc..) i began my trek thru TRT.

fast forward 18months to today. i have been active on this forum daily and learning everyday more and more about diet as well as asking questions i think are pertinent about running AAS cycles (such as this thread). bear in mind i have yet to run an AAS cycle (even though u think i should have in order to be where i am positionally).

here below is my beginning pic along with beginning stats:
    213lbs 26.6%bf BOD POD LBM: 156.34lbs

now u can compare my beginning pic with my current avi of which my current stats are:
    196lbs 10%bf LBM: 176.4lbs

so without the use of anything more than my DIET, workout, and TRT i have reduced my bf% by approx 17% and added 20lbs LBM in really less than 18months..

now in light of ur initial statement of a leader being someone who inspires by example i challenge you euroholic to show where i have not done so??

to the contrary of what u would like to lead others to believe i think what i have done with my time here epitomizes the example which this site endorses and tries to teach newbs, and that is: manage ur time bodybuilding properly and responsibly, in the right order. steroid cycles should be taken seriously.

I think poor Euro got jumped a bit prematuraly fellas. It was a legitement question asked by someone who is not sure how the system is set up. I think a basic explanation of how moniters and staff are chosen would have been much more appropriate than bashing him and his country of origin. Jeezzz...

Euro..there are many fragments that make up this site and ppl have stood out in different areas...surely you would not expect a supply Sgt. to lead an infantry platoon. There are many here with their little niche and some with knowledge several areas. This is what helps determine the ranking to a degree..

We weren't bashing his country. Aussies and Brits have a long history of competitiveness and banter. I would hope that the winks after each comment would have led him to believe that was the case. Possibly in view of other posts on other threads he made at a similar time would suggest he was not quite in the right state of mind to take the jokes on.

We have Australian staff too. Although they have absolutely ridiculous carrot top avi's it doesn't make us think any less of them

On test I feel awesome. With decade just feel sluggish but with an AI tat keeps bloat down. Tren any blends I'm on edge just want to kill. Paranoid short tempered so I stay clear. But apart from constant night sweats and good old fashioned greedy spotty shoulders it's all good.

    I'm 34, will be 35 in Dec.

I am in the best shape of my life.

As far as anger issues go, I never feel any more short tempered than usual on Test or Tren . The only time I get agitated is when I am driving.

The only side I am really experiencing is I wake up every couple of hours. And for some reason, I cant sleep in the same positions that I normally can. My arms keep falling asleep. I think that is from increased muscle. If that makes sense.

Anyway, like I said before, dont follow my way of doing things, but you will love a good 500 pw test cycle.

Good man for not taking things to serious or the wrong way. I'm sure you mean no harm or disrespect as you said. Either way now you know how it works. Im sure others will eventually have the same question.

a while ago, there was a thread named "I want to start a thread about Staff". started by vettester i think. where people can ask staff about the site and how things work. that would make a nice sticky. its different from 1-on-1 cos its open and everyone can read.

I agree 405 is very knowledgeable and when he is posting I’m definitely listening.

I also agree with this statement. Most people come here only looking for steroid advice. I know that is why I originally came here. Right away, I learned that this site has so much useful information that you would have to be a fool not to take advantage.

Hgh does and will make you feel 20 again if it is real and most likely not from china but "some" of china's stuff is reall just not much. Takes time though don't expect a facelift look in a month, try 4-6 months minimum and the real good shit shouldnt be cheap 6-8gm's per 10iu x 10 or kit should run 4-6 hondo. Btw love the movie and the avatar "slfmade" "dont touch the ****in' merch' man!"
