I am almost scared to ask a question on this forum?
I have been reading for three hours and I am new, but have some questions that I really could use answers to. I am new to posting on a forum, have read the rules, but I am unclear where exactly to post my questions. I am getting some gear tomorrow and am unsure the amount of I will need for a cycle or how long a cycle I need to be on. I am getting test prop and deca , but I don't know how much I should get? I am 39 years old, 163lbs. I want to gain about 25lbs of mass. Also, it's not pharm and I am unclear on what price or if I am even aloud to ask what would be a good price. If I screwed up on my first post I am guessing I will hear it. Thanks for any help you may offer.

I haven't started a cycle I am just getting the gear tomorrow, the guy told me what he suggested and I wanted to get some information to see if it matches up to what he was suggesting. Otherwise all I have to go off is his word and I would rather be a little bit more informed. Thanks for making me feel welcome, and I assuming your being sarcastic?

It is against the rules to discuss prices.
You need to do ALOT more research before even considering any cycle. Read for more than 3 hours and you will work out that your proposed 'stack' as a first cycle is a no-no.
First tell us
Height
Bodyfat%
Training history
Goals.
Typical diet
Do you know anything about, HCG , Aromatase Inhibitors, PCT?NO SOURCES GIVEN

OP, it's a safe rule of thumb to never take advice from your dealer. They don't care about your health or what's good for you. Their interest is in moving gear and making money.

Thats a ton of gear for a single cycle. You sure you actually did research? Knowing what to use is not difficult to find out and the amounts of each you need is simple math. If this eludes you, cycling may not be the best thing for you... grade 6 math just might be

Unless you are under 5-8 at 163 lbs. all you need is food. Please list everything you ate yesterday.

I am 5'8 163lbs, I will check my body fat percentage at the gym on Monday and post back. I have worked out off and on during periods of my life. Mostly weight training. I eat a lot of chicken and eggs and a couple protein shakes spread out over about five or six smaller meals throughout the day. Right now I am working chest and biceps at 4 sets each and I shoot for 8 reps and I do 3 to 4 exercises per muscle group, I work shoulders and triceps together, legs one day and back one day. I could post pictures if needed. My goals is not to be perfect but comfortable in my own skin and to help boost my confidence. I want to focus more on my shoulders and biceps, they are my weakest traits. Triceps and chest being my strongest. I know I need to eat more, but the appetite is not there yet. Thanks for offering to take my post seriously and not to take the opportunity to put someone down who is genuinely asking for suggestions. Everyone here been a beginner is this area at one point in there life.

You should come up with goals of poundage gained, size changes and/or other real tangible goals. When you come up with something vague, you'll never achieve it in your mind. What is big enough? Know what I mean?
I'll tell you this much, if you think gear is going to make you comfortable enough or boost your confidence enough, guess again. Those things come from inside. They don't come from your physical appearance despite what you might think. If you think at 163lbs that you're not comfortable with your size, you'll still think that at 200lbs and 300lbs.Last edited by Honkey_Kong; 03-30-2013 at 11:51 PM.

To start off this is not the right place for questions about cycles.
Go the the steroid Q&A forum and use the search button. Try "first cycle" and you will soon understand why your proposed cycle (if I can call it that) is flawed.

We're here to offer experienced advice from people that have been there and tried that. Read the stickeys on first cycles and NEVER buy gear before you know what your doing! Or what doses to take! It's common sense that will save ou from getting screwed over.
Also, AI? HCG ? PCT?

Cybersober if it was me I would save my money and do alot of reasarch. 1st you dont need Deca for 1st cycle and 2nd thing is Test Prop is only good basically if you take it every other day. Thats alot of pinning for a newbie. Take your time and learn, then the vets will help get you in the right direction.

At 39 your connective tissue is getting less and less elastic. If you haven't spent quality time building your base and you use gear, your strength increases drastically setting yourself up for a serious joint injury.
My advice, get dedicated to hitting the gym for 18-24 months before hitting aas to strengthen your connective tissue to handle the dramatic increase of strength.
