    GTA inspired workout?

    Has anyone tried urban cross-fit type training? E.g. you bring a baseball bat to the gym and practice hitting on the punching bag.

    Will people think you're a psychopath?

    Yes they will and you will probably get kicked out of the gym for fvckin up their punching bag

    My gym has some heavy duty punching bags. Very hard to push around or puncture.

    personally i think u should bring ur baseball bat into the gym and give that ole punching bag a work out!! (be sure to have a guy with u video recording it for our viewing pleasure, we may be able to pick up some pointers )
