Baked chicken breast and turkey filets for the week, 2 dozen hard boiled eggs. Sautéed spinach. Each night fresh veggies for dinner.
Tonight though? Grilled Top sirloin, baked sweet potato, grilled asparagus and zucchini. Yum!!!!!

I would, but I prefer the fat content of salmon. Most of my meat is salmon. I was eating it with chicken, but subbed out chicken for eye of round and talapia.

I just picked up the in door / out door grill. Ill take a pic tomorrow after I set it up. It's George foreman. And easily fit a good 3-4 days worth of food on it at one time.

You don't have much money.... Or much time..... No fvckin problem. It might be boring but this will save you money, time, and it'll put weight on!

I buy Perdue ground chicken at my local grocery store when it goes on sale for $1.99/lb...... Stock up for 2-3 weeks. I eat 2lbs per day. I also buy rice in bulk and have 2 cups of cooked rice with my chicken.

The chicken gets pan fried..... I just use cooking spray. Sometimes I season it with adobo if I don't need to cut sodium. There are some good sodium free seasonings out there tho. This dish NEVER dries out on me and it even tastes good cold. Atleast it does to me.

If you get the chicken on sale..... Each meal only costs about $3 - it doesn't get cheaper than that!

I switch it up more now but I'm actually going back to the chicken and rice again. I actually put nice size on while packin my guts with it so I'll do a couple months of it - 5 days a week and see how I do. I still get my red meat in I have to lol

The tilapia is egg washed and breaded in panko bread crumbs.

The sauce: diced tomatoes and scallions in a pan with garlic and olive oil. Cook the tomatoes till they break down and get real mushy. Add in butter, lemon juice, and white wine.

Don't ask ratios because it's all by eye lol.
