    What were your original Goals?

I'm just curious what everyones original goals were when you started your first cycle.
    And where are you now?

So what was your stats before your first cycle , after , yours stats now and roughly how many years n cycles you have under your belt.

The main idea here is to get a consensus on what you were before you started and now. And how your goals have changed as you've progressed over the years.

Starting goal was to get massive as fast as possible. Wasn't thinking of stats back then. Today the goal is 230 lbs @ 10%.

First cycle stats would be a total guess for me, been way too long. Probably 165-ish and 9% BF? Today I'm just over 220 @ 12%.

No idea how many cycles. First cycle was 17 years ago. But I've come off for a year or more during those times, more than once. At one point I did reach the 240+ lbs at 16-18% BF.

No more "Bulking Cycles" for me. And no more Long esters either. I'm taking the rest of this year off, but after that I'll be running 6 week cycles at maintenance (or a hair above) or cut. I'll never eat 1000 calories over tdee again, ever.

Goals changed of course. Life events, experience, etc... all of that altered my vision of where I need to be. Too many goals to list. It's only this year that I decided to drop all heavy bulking diets and long estered compounds.

since i havent ever cycled and about to do one, how bout some insight on the long ester and bulking and why not?? i am planning a test cyp bulking cycle in a month or 2?

as far as "bulking" i figured to run cals fairly close to 3000, i havent gotten into detail completely yet, but would NEVER consider 1000cals above maintenance EVER!!

I think mainly my last cycle beat the crap out of me. I want to get in and out quick. Nothing wrong with long esters, don't get me wrong, they worked fine for me in the past. The more long cycles that I do the less motivated I get for some reason to run another.

High doses, short esters is what I'll be doing in 2014. Instead of 2 cycles a year I'll be doing 3 to 4.

As for calories, 1000 over was no fun on the old gut. But you won't even see me go 500 over going forward. If I come close I'll be burning them before I sleep.
