tonight was boneless skinless chicken breast marinated in salt free seasoning and olive oil.
BBQ'ed on the weber, to where it was barely finished cooking (keeps it real moist and tender), then pulled it off.
Had to spray Pam on the grill (before putting over the coals) so the chicken wouldn't stick.
Kept the lid on the weber for a nice even grilling and to prevent flare ups. Kept the coals to a minimum to also prevent flareups.

I usually grill mine outside. 3 chickens last a week and you can use the cooked chicken in many other things.

There are a million ways to make chicken. I suggest you invest in either a nice charcoal grill, a Showtime Rotissaire or both.
I really like my chicken rotissaried, you marinade it, season it (peppercorn seasoning) or BBQ sauce it up then set it and forget it.

Get this seasoning called Asian spice it's dried ginger and lemon and seasame and pepper along with other thing a little sodium not much though, then you can bake, grill, rotisserie whatever it's really good. I buy a huge one from SAMs club lasts a month so it's good for 30-40 pounds of chicken.

Fit as many as I can on a baking sheet and put it in the oven for about an hour. I've probably cooked thousands of breasts this way. Super easy and I just add sauce after

To add a little extra taste you can add wood chips soaked in bourbon to the coals right before you add the chicken. I like to use Devil's Cut and let the wood chips soak for at least a few hours.
