    Unhappy Cutting Help

    DK if i am in the right place but i wanted to know

    When should i perform HIIT am or pm???

    What to eat before HIIT to avoid Muscle catabolism?protein shake?

    and last of all, how long should i wait to eat after HIIT because people say something about the after burning mode

    why i wana cut : Bloated face (all on my cheeks),

    i got my diet and everything ready just want to know a bit about this ... searched google couldn't find correct answers please help
