Got into an argument with dude on fckin facebook claiming he benches 405 and militarys 315 for 10. stats were 5 9 205 6% and cant be over 25, actually looks about 18.kid is really lean and hard no question but this kind of weight seriously??? at contest time I call bullshit. Im not sayin impossible but shit, most of us aren't doing this while bulking. Young arrogant ****ers piss me off! I know I will never be doing 315 for 10 on a military press. tha fck man people these days I swear.

I don't really think that 405 would appreciate being benched.

Seems like if he could press 315, he should be able to bench more. Oh well, I don't see why people try to brag about that stuff. I mean, I don't go around the Internet and brag about my 10" dong.

Why didn't you just send each other pictures of you junk and be done with it?

I only front military on a smith machine, seen to many people get hurt doing it barebell. I was just joking with the issue thing, thats why I put the smiley . Im 38 years old and been benching a long time heavy....I would question that kid also , but there is some strong people out there, but usually 30+ years old. When I get back up to par from surgery Im going to post some video's of my bench and squat, going to make a thread so everyone can post videos of their best....always wanted to do it.
Edit: Also at 6% bf would be nearly impossible, take some gear !!!Last edited by BG; 07-04-2013 at 08:29 PM.

I'll see if I can get a more definitive answer for you......

I had mine screwed back down (my Bi) but another in my forearm snapped. I haven't got an mri yet, do they heal by them selves or is surgery definitely needed?
