I couldn't lift that with my atv, let alone my arms. His traps weren't really impressive though.
Catchy song , that will be in my head for a while.

It is a lot of weight to pick up off the rack. but WTF, pretty funny video.
There was a guy at my gym who was at the rack and he was doing shrug with 495lbs, so I went over and tried to just pick it off the rack. Ya know like move it. I could not move it , I could not move it off the rack one bit. None. I laughed with the guy. ...crazy mike

When I was on my last cycle (250 mg sust only) I could rep 405 (actually shrug the shit and squeeze out). I cant tell if he is using straps. I myself have to when I shrug heavy, which I have not done in a while. But that's fixing to change here real soon.
Straps really allow you to pile the weight on. Back in March I piled all the plates on the bar and done rack pulls just to see what I could move. I stopped at 7 plates, and even this people were like wtf are you doing. This guy I must say is huge ...yes. But that doesn't justify form like that, I mean I just don't see it.
Crazy Mike you are looking good man. That's awesome for your age. There is a guy in my local area that holds the deadlift record(460) at 69 years old, and the bench record(320). Makes us young guys look bad man. Just thought id share.

Not hardly an insult man
that statement actually puts more emphasis on his physique being at a higher level attained at his age. Its a fact. How many men that are his age look like that. Sorry if you or anyone else was offended by the comment. That's not what I meant. thanks.Last edited by Cuz; 08-31-2013 at 09:33 AM.

Well as I told you on another thread. Motive is what counts. What was his motive and now what is yours, well it's obvious as is your Av. But this thread is not about me or my physique. I well appreciate the compliments. And as I've gotten acquainted with some of YOU guys I recognize no insult from him. On the other hand...well not my thread. Lets talk about shrugs. Thanks for the compliments guys. ...crazy mike
