Have this tightness in my lower back and It i also giving me this tight dull pain in my ass and thighs. It's not muscular it almost feels like someone is just holding onto my bones tightly its pretty hard to explain.
It's like a spot I can't stretch really awkward and uncomfortable. Anyone else ever experienced this? Whats weird is I haven't been able to go To the gym the last two days because of work and that is when the feeling started

sure. Taurine does not know if you're cycling.

You may want to try a chiropracter. I know some dont like them. I dealt with lower back pain of and on for a few years. It would act up and I would limp around, couldnt squat or dead, and clinch/plum work I had to sit out for a few weeks until it would heal, then act up again. Finally went to a chiro on one of my worst episodes and it was 100% within a couple days. I now go monthly and feel 100%. I can push it on squats deads whatever with no pain. I am a believer!!

Sorry to here about your back!! You may want to see a doctor.
If the pain is in your spine, it may be a herniated disc. I use Ice several times a day for 20 mins and take Ibuprofen if really bad to help reduce pain and inflammation.
When my lower back acts up I can barerly walk. It lasts a few days and sometimes a few weeks. My doctor recommended regular walking. Regular meaning: not fast, just a natural pace and if on a treadmill don't hold on to the grips. Walking well help loosen up the muscle's surronding the area under tension. I have also heard Yoga helps a lot. Never tried it, not my thing.
Also take it easy, don't put extra load on the back for awhile. At least for a good week or 2 after it starts to fell better.
