Austinite's Banana Soufflé - Oooh so good
Banana Soufflé
Ingredients:
4 whole eggs
1/2 cup of sugar free syrup
1/2 cup of egg whites
1 medium to large banana
Instructions:
1. Separate the 4 yolks from the eggs and place into cup/bowl with syrup - Mix with fork
2. Blend banana with the egg whites from the 4 eggs + the 1/2 cup of egg whites - Blend until super frothy, double original size.
3. Pour banana/egg white mix into pan. I used a 14 x 8 inch pan that's 1 inch deep.
4. Drizzle the yolk/syrup mix all over the frothy mix in the pan.
5. About 20 minutes in the oven at 375 degrees F.
