    Testosterone and Sleep

Do you guys feel like you need less sleep on cycle?
On my 1st cycles, sometimes I would sleep only 5 hours and get up fully awake and alert. Not sleepy at all.
    I loved it.

Even on tren I sleep amazing. Wasn't always like that but controlling estrogen seems to be the key.

I was wondering if it has something to do with the age. Do older users feel any differences?

Since making the switch from topicals to Test Cyp for my TRT I sleep much better & wake up feeling ready to go. When I was using topicals I always woke up feeling like I had drank a case of beer the night before. My sleep duration hasn't changed any, at home I typically sleep 7-8 hours per night & wake up around 06:00 ready to go, on work days I wake up at 05:00.

After getting only 4 hours of sleep, do you feel tired and sleepy in the morning?

When I first wake up I'm super groggy, but after a cup of coffee I'm good.

Maybe u should find a different line of work? I would hate having to get up and dread going to work. My job is great though and i am blessed i dont have to find a different one. If i did though id prob pick a place far away i wanted to live and just go and make it work.

Like europe or something. Maybe amsterdam!

Dexter you want an older opinion. Well I have sleep issues and when I'm on cycle it gets worse for me and I attribute it mostly due to my Steroid use . Tren didn't hurt my sleep anymore than Test at high doses. Tren had all the other sides, sweats and even chills for me. That is not fun at all, as well as a bit scary.

But to focus on the Q's you ask. I say it is definitely individual thing. And for me a problem. ...crazy mike

I was having sleep issues for a while and my E2 was low. Now that I got it back up, I'm able to fall asleep at a decent time and not wake every couple hours.

Great. I've been eating chicken for that. So chicken does not affect aromatization?

Keeping estrogen is under control is very important. So potato is a must for every cycle.
