MMA and dog fighting are not comparable at all. MMA is a contact sport, people choose it on there own as a sport. Referees are in place to prevent permanent or serious damage. People know the risks that get involved. They are not taken from the street, thrown in a cage forcefully and fed gunpowder to create anger, then fight for your life or die, until tomorrow. As far as Mexico, there more worried about staying alive and not going hungry or being shot by Cartel. All the angles about it's the spectators that are bloodthirsty, other countries don't care about animal fighting, does not make it ok.
