1.) You should have fvcked her the first night. Being the nice guy "There's plenty of other times to get her in bed" doesn't fly. Now or never.....
2.) When she decided to leave the bar with her friends, you should have had an "Okay, I don't care attitude." You getting upset over it shows weakness...
3.) Women love mysterious guys. Stop texting her. Make her think you don't give a shit about her and have several other options lined up (If she is your only option - she doesn't know this)
4.) As someone said above, women really do have an "On/Off" switch. They will be 100% into you and one thing turns them off and you're forgotten about in a second.

Move on. Learn from this. A little over a year ago, I would have handled your situation the same way you did. I've learned a lot since then. Be mysterious. Act shady. The wheels will turn.
