Patient reimbursement and hospital admin prefers checks. I guess technically we are printing, not writing, but that's semantics.

Even the pharma companies reimburse my company with checks. I've got a few clients on ACH but most still require paper trails. Go figure.

I wrote out $26,662.00 in checks today alone.

I pay yard maintenance in cash if they are around when I'm home. Otherwise it's a check. Maid gets cash.

Yes old women in front of me at the supermarket. And they never have a pen. If you have a checkbook bring a damn pen with you!

I wrote a cheque just 2 days ago. Only because I needed to float funds that weren't there yet p

I've had that account for almost 5 years. It was #187. It started at 100. I pay my rent with cheques. That's it.

No, things are not the same everywhere. Swiping a credit card sounds easier. I don't ever carry any cash on me. Either pay with my cc, or my phone through NFC to get some attention.

There are some exceptions of course. Most businesses in US don't usually operate that way. Some business owners may do that, but rarely.

Lmao! The $26K was medical fees. The maid gets $120, the gardener $100.

Is the maid hot? Does the HAW get jealous? Does she touch you inappropriately?

6/10 eh? Let me do the math here....

    6 * 8.25 + (16/4) - 7 * 100 = Eleven 16 ounce beers.

    I'll pass...
