I have awful legs. It sucks. I have no cartilidge in my knees either so going deathly heavy on legs isnt possible.
I do calves 2-3 times (great definition but skinny) a week and legs once however sometimes I will throw in one leg exercise a couple of days later. It came down to realizing I am better of thinner so I can look more proportionate.
