Cook them and add a bit of pepper. Never had a problem with them and they have been a huge part of my diet for 28 yrs. I must have close to 20 a day still.

I scramble them and eat them with tortillas. Like a breakfast burrito. You can add onions peppers potatoes. Salt/pepper. Hot sauce.

Try to cook them with crushed red pepper. Low sugar ketsup works. My fav Franks red hot sauce and some splenda.

Pasteurized! U take those egg whites in milk cartons?? YUCK! Im looking to find a local farmer who sells fresh free range chicken eggs. If i buy a property like I want to, they'll be a coup on it. I hate all this processed packaged crap we all buy...
I am the living man! (If you saw the video)

Yes pasteurized. Not a fan of salmonella. If you have a coup I don't think they are free range. Is the test or deca you inject free range and organic?

Egg whites mixed in with oatmeal is pretty good.

No but my tren is holistic.
I also believe free range means they are not caged and force fed. The coup is just means of shelter and as long as they aren't restricted they will be free range

Being raised on a farm I can tell you there is no such thing as force feeding an animal. The only difference is what they eat and the amount of room they have to move around. I have a few of my customers at work that used to raise "organic" beef and they claim over half of all organic foods are not truly organic.

Hardboil em..
I hardboil 2.5 dozen a week. Just cook em, bag em, and put em in the fridge. They make great snacks and are very convenient. Plus, for whatever reason it's much easier and less filling to eat 6 boiled eggs than 6 scrambled.

The muffins are very simple..whisk your egg mixture..wheather it be all whites or a few yolks too. Any ingredients you want. That pic has ground turkey and cheddar. Ive done chicken peppers and onions too.
Grab a muffin cooking pan. Layer bottom with hard ingridents..(meat cooked already) pour egg mixture just under full since it will rise. Cook for roughly 20-25 mins at 350. Eat cold or hot
