I've been a member here since 2005. I came here to learn about lifting routines, detailed diet information, and how to safely cycle gear. I have learned a lot and want to say thanks to each and every one of you who've helped me along the way.

Every once in a while, there are those who post questions and but don't provide all the details needed to answer a given question. So, for the most part, new members are directed to the 'sticky' threads to become better educated.

From time to time, we have ALL hijacked a thread. When I have done it, I will lead into the thread by saying...sorry that I'm hijacking this thread but I have a similar question. Some people don't mind and some get upset. Ok that's understandable to an extent.

But what really makes me mad is when seemingly 'out of the blue' a member and even a moderator or two have not only 'called me out' on a hijack, but throw me, and other people who've done the same, 'under the bus' and make comments like "that's how stupid your question really is".

All I want to say is, thank-you to all that have helped me either by answering my posts with great advice or leading me to another post that makes the answer to my questions easier to understand. I really appreciate it.

To those who bash people and call them 'stupid'...someone taught you how to lift properly, diet properly, and cycle gear safely...don't forget where you started!!

It happens. Even the best of us (myself excluded cough. cough..) have bad days and say things we may not normally say. Could be High E2, Low T or just a bad day. lol

As for the poster who said "that's how stupid your question really is", well, that's not what he said. He said "Hopefully you realize now why this is a stupid question.", after he gave an example of a very broad question. That member just talks like that. Look at his post history, he isn't "out to get you". He talks to me like that. That's just his personality.

Sorry you got worked up over it, but just let it go and get some thicker skin, brother. Life really sucks when we're ultrasensitive.

Just let it go man, its the internet....don't let anything get to you over the internet...but I myself end up in these situations a lot on social media not just a forum. I try to make peace with everyone here. Sit back, relax, and be proud you have got where you are....and the just smile.

Hmmm well the lab can be a touchy place and they really like to keep things on track. One thing I have learned over the years is you do have to have a tough skin around here.

The number one problem with posts of any kind on any type of forum is that it is very difficult to read it in the way someone intended. For example, the if I wanted to read the something in a highly ironic voice or one with a very serious voice it would be something completely different. Text written need to be read with as little emotion as possible to make sure it is not taken out of context.
