I hate that Harden kicks Lebron in the crotch, then gets to keep playing to beat the Cav's. Then he gets thrown out of the next game, where they play a team that is ahead of the Cav's who gets another win. It is like an extra kick in the nuts to the Cav's. Come on, shouldn't Cleveland get to benefit something since Lebron was the guy who was kicked? By Harden being ejected from the next game just hurt the Cav's more since they are already ahead of them. Ugh! It is so hard being a Cleveland sports fan! Ha ha.

I hate (and love) that the only place you're allowed to go 100% is in the Gym.

I hate when some tard is working out doing every exercise wrong and with horrible form distracting me from my workout. Don't people look around and see others who look 10 times better than them doing the same exercise completely different and wonder, hey maybe I should try it that way. Good thing I train a 5am and only have to deal with a few of these idiots, cause if there were more I would end up hurting someone.
By the way, I have not hit on GGR either, I think she is getting harassed quite enough already, lol.

My buddies daughter did a 1 rep max with 7 plates a side, she is only 16. So when I see a full grown man with 90lbs on the sled I want to slap him in the fuking head. Don't waste the bearing life on the machine.

Yeah but at the same time you never know what might be wrong with him. I looked pretty silly not long after my shoulder surgery trying to lift a 10lb weight.
Also after my back surgery I was not dong much leg press or squatting. Ive had people ask me why I'm not lifting more. After 2 back surgeries and extensive rotator cuff surgery you sort of get shy from lifting to heavy.
He/they could have had recent ortho knee surgery?

Guys that think my training partner and I are so big because of gear only. Not the 23 years I have in the gym, the 400+$ I spend ew on food..........no its the 1 maybe 2 little cycles I run a year. Im going to start challenging these assholes to train with me for a month !!!

Gym has 1 squat rack.
It's pretty busy, so I see these 2 people squatting. I ask if I could jump in after they finish. They said sure. I wait until they finish squatting and as they leave they grab a bench and begin to use the squat rack as something to bench with... when clearly there are other benches suited for that in the room.
Some days I wish I went to a proper gym instead of the commercial ones.

OK then yeah I can understand that. I see plenty of guys like that. I dont judge someone usually by one exercise along especially if they are just lifting LIGHT. As long as they have 1/2 decent form I dont even pay attention to how much. It's when they are doing HEAVY and have zero form or doing 1/8 reps. lol

That's funny sh*t, real muscles.... Yeah there is something to be said about strength. I have known guys who worked on fishing boats for years and pulled crab pots and had extremely strong grips but nothing else.
I still dont see why one person has to tear down another to try to feel better and yes it's funny when you throw logic back in their face like the 40" waist. lol

^^^ See this is your problem. You're wanting to run away from it rather than dealing with it. You just grab one of those wimps by the throat (and the assholes who do that are always anorexic and arrogant sacks of shit) and you yell at him to not bench in the squat cage.
It'll probably work a little better if you get to be the size of BG or Marcus before you do this though.
