When I say spoiled brat I am not referring to her up[bringing. I am referring to Dan White's head being so far up her ass that he created a whole division based on her. Her character that showed through on TUF and all the "spoiled brat" type comments she makes.
The "family" she is talking about were the fighters and coaches on her team. They aren't family, and it was a reality show.
Everytime a fighter of Rusey's won on TUF, she would flip off Meisha. Not go tell the opposing fighter it was a good fight or anything like that but make personal snide comments towards the others coach. The first fight which Rondas team lost, she went and yelled at Meisha because she was celebrating at her fighter's hardship. She acts like a spoiled brat, maybe that is the character she wants to be.
Her Judo won her the fight, her mom was a champion at Judo and she grew up not knowing any different. She is a master at Judo and the armbar. She has not proven she can win in any other fashion. She is great at what she does, but the division is very shallow. Women's MMA is very young, it will grow fast now that money is more involved. The talent will be growing very fast in that division. I would of much rather seen her fight Cat. Shame that didn't happen.

Sometimes people consider coaches and mentors their family. She is talented and the only female i have seen in the upper level that does not have a body or face that looks like she's on hormones. Drain all the drugs out of Cyborg and let her fight her then. I am sure she would easily get into the 135lb weight class. She would also lose a lot of that super strength and mental crutch. As far as Dana structuring a division based on her, ya think it might be due to her talents and financial draw. Good looking woman, doesn't look juiced, physically talented Martial artist. There kind of hard to come by. She has worked her a... off for everything she earned.

Yes... I'm a Ronda Rousey hater. I hate everything about her from her voice to her looking at the ground when she talks to you. And her mom is a loud obnoxious POS.
But I will give Ronda credit for her unbeatable armbar. I promise you Cat zingano or someone with her style will knock Ronda out when they fight.
Jut turn this into a everything you hate about Ronda rousey thread.

Everyone loses at some point. Doesn't matter right now cause she's at the top of the food chain right now. lol
Maybe she will get the mole removed after she retires.
There all good athletes and have found way to feed their families. But i won't waste my time or energy on hating some MMA fighter. Like to think i would have better things to do.

I am also on the hater bandwagon. Not saying she is untalented...just don't like her as the person that she represents.
Sounds like Easy is on the lover bandwagon. That's cool too, gotta have a little yin with the yang.
Loving or hating fighters is what being a fan is all about. That's what draws the crowd. It makes watching a fight all that much better. I love watching the Diaz brothers fight because I can't stand anything about them. Great fighters...can't stand them.

It's not about the wanting one to win over the other or hating one over the other, just not going to get that worked up and have net rage over it. Can't stand the way Diaz boys conduct themselves either, but they are great fighters. You always know there day will come as you watch them talking smack! Just like Nick was crying on National TV after losing to GSP.
You have to admit that Rhonda makes a brutal sport look good for a woman.
I don't like Silva and his day came twice by the same guy. I haven't cheered that loud to a big screen in a long time. Silva won't be back, by the time that leg heals properly and his time off, the competition will be even greater. He could have problems with that leg for a long time and the fear of low kicking again will shut his game down on top of everything else. Once the edge is gone, it's hard to get it back.

Made the overhand right a common household term - similar to bacon and eggs in an MMA household. Everyone knew to watch out for it, and everyone got hit by it. Good times.

They refer to Silva as the greatest fighter to ever enter the ring...... total bullshit!! He's good and he has an incredible reach.... but he's not the greatest and he's a POS..... good riddance says I. I hate those damn Diaz bastards too but they sure can fight. Ronda cleans up nice and is a great fighter but what a freakin bitch!! Those are my 4 "can't stand em" fighters but they are all pretty damn good at their craft.
I hated to see the fight end like it did because Silva was just minutes away from a straight up defeat..... that would've been better than a broken leg any day.
