There is some good information here also. Read a lot of the post and the sticky at the top. The forum is a little slow though, it doesn't get nearly as much traffic as this part (Off Topic Discussion) or the Q&A section. That is really where you want to ask most of you aas related questions. This section is mostly off topic stuff.

Why do you want to do your first cycle at 55? Have you been lifting? I'm 52. I picked up my first weight at 49. I'm just trying to get bigger with diet and lifting. I'm too old to have any desire to cycle and deal with the sides. It's all about enjoying life now.

Howard,
Have you had your blood/serum hormone values tested? Do you know what your testosterone levels are at currently? If they are low, a simple TRT plan might lead to a lot of improvements. I'm not saying don't cycle, but before jumping ahead, why not have some blood work done to check your natural testosterone levels as see if TRT is needed.

I'm 52. I think most would agree that at this stage in life, it is better to dial in diet/nutrition and exercise routines. And then fine tune your hormone levels which all start with blood work. If needed, going on TRT can have a significant positive effect, all under the watchful eye of your health care provider.
good luck~!
