If its OTC, it mist be safe, right? Not so fast!
My HAW ended her var cycle on Sunday. She decided to bridge with OxyElite Pro. I saw her take the pill bottle from the cupboard and told her to toss that stuff. Here's an example of why people shouldn't so quickly assume OTC means a compound is safe. http://www.fda.gov/ForConsumers/Cons.../ucm374742.htm

My friend was on it and his liver values came back so bad the doc was very concerned. He stopped in and a month later was fine

My HAW doesn't take any pills of any kind.. the closest she'll come to taking pills are gummy bear vitamins.
Good info, thanks MI.

That's crazy... Yeah I guess it must be pretty hard on the liver.
I defiantly dont trust OTC stuff. Do you know in a lot of countries Tylenol isnt sold OTC but aas are, more or less.
Mine is the same way. She wont even take an aspirin/tylenol when she has cramps unless they are bad. She says she doesnt want to get dependent on anything, except me.
I do keep telling her she needs to hit the gym more, the treadmill and cooking more healthy food. I think she is up to 105 lbs. lolLast edited by lovbyts; 01-13-2014 at 11:17 PM.

I hear you on the diet. I'm working on mine to clean up her/our diet. I'm suffering from it a lot more than she is at this point. luckily I bring most of my own food to work so I eat a lot cleaner than at home. I ate more rice in the first month we were together than I did in my whole life practically. lol
Mine keeps looking at pills and creams but not for diet. She wants better skin and bigger boobs. I told her maybe Ill buy her boobs for Christmas next year. lolLast edited by lovbyts; 01-14-2014 at 06:40 AM.

1st wife had the saline ones. She had all kinds of complications but most of them were her own fault. She was part of the class action lawsuit with dow corning and after many years it did pay out.Last edited by lovbyts; 01-14-2014 at 07:42 AM.

There was a lot of complications about 20 years ago with some leaking, some not adhering like they should and people having to have them done 2 or 3x to fix it. My wife had them replaced 3x in 4 years? Actually I think hers were gel to think of it... Either way as I said, most of the problems were her fault, not letting them heal properly IMO.
There were claims that the leaking gel could or did cause medical issues but I think it was just a bunch of lawyers looking to get rich quick, and they did.
