age difference opinions?
Not asking redz here, I want the rest of your ideas.
What's your opinion on age difference in a couple? Does this age difference change as you get older?

Age difference between couples does not change as you get older. Your partner would merely increase in age an equal amount as you would.

the older the gap is not as bad say a 85 year old and 65 year old but it seems Better than a 20 year old and a 40 year old.
I guess as long as your not old enough to the persons parent or they could be your parents.
Does not I haven't hit a cougar before.
Why you ask you score a young chick

8 years younger. Which to most on the board wouldn't be a large age gap.
Except I'm 28.

I am with not my daughter unless you are crazy rich and totally in love with her, she is 21. But my wife is about my age. When I was 32 dated the 25 and under but nothing in common but sex. 20 and 28 is not bad at all. When she turns 21 look out unless she is not into going out. As you get older I say go for it. There is a guy at my gym that married his trainer, he is 49 and she is 24. More power to him, she is smoking hot. But again, you have to have common goals if its long term . . . just dating and having fun age is not an issue IMO

there are a variety of age differences besides how many candles on the cupcake.
There are maturity differences.
There are emotional differences.
There are experiential differences.
I'm totally bewildered how any normal 30 year old man could be attracted to any young lady that feels an attraction, even if just musical, with Justin Beiber.
I'm attracted to women that can keep up with me intellectually, and experientially, and shares the same interests.
Which is why I popped on Redz, since all the fugger seems to think with is his cock

My wife is 6 years older than me and when we started dating ( I was 26 and she was 32) it didn't seem like a big deal but she turns 50 this year and I think its harder on me knowing I am going to be married to a 50 year old than it is on her turning 50.

In my state its 10 years and she can be no younger than 15. From my experience if she is younger than 21 its probably not going to be a healthy relationship, mostly physical.

I think the age of the people involved matters because of where you are in life. For instance, the difference between 19 and 29 is much greater than the difference between 35 and 45. It helps to have something in common with your partner and that's tough if they are in college and you have a career. My wife is 10 years younger than me and we occasionally have a "generational issue (usually about music - lol). When I was single, i dated a few girls that were 15-20 years younger and it never worked out because we couldn't really relate to each other. Parts of the relationships were great; but in the end, you need to be able to communicate.

There is 19 years between my wife and I. We have a lot in common. I make money and she spends it.... She challenges me to try to make more than she can spend. I think she has me beat so far...
She likes my music (80s) because it's still very popular in Asia and she also grew up on it because her dad always listened to it. lol
You wont get an argument out of me.

I hear you. I cant remember the last time our AMEX was under $3k and I pay it off in full every month. Ive never carried a balance on it and its been over $10k a few times but that was house remodel stuff also.
If she sent money home to the family I would really be in trouble . Luckily she is to greedy and knows it would mean less for her. LoL
I should have stuck with the 18 yr old. ;-)Last edited by lovbyts; 06-04-2014 at 06:41 PM.
