Dirty vs. clean bulk
Which do you find works best?
I've done both and I must say I've experienced the most gains from dirty bulking and taking in disgusting amounts of food in off season.

Possibly variable - genetics, how long training
type of training I am sitting at 106kg ran a marathon at 100kg and have just dropped from 120kg and my grandfather died at 96 sitting at 100kg he and have not used ASS

Big calorie surplus on blast. Hard to gain muscle, easy to lose fat. Biggest regret most people have when using AAS is not eating enough

I dirty bulk every cycle. Its only for 3 maybe push 4 weeks though. I tried to push it further last time but it shut down my metabolism which took me to the end of my cycle to get back so it wasnt worth going that extra week. What I do, is on my training days I have 1 dirty meal, Big Mack combo, white slice with a reg w/meatballs or Wendy's spicy chicken combo. I eat this before the gym, I rotate them. I incorporate this into my cycle when Im peaked, usually week 7-8. I end it when I drop my secondary compounds around week 12. Then I keep running my test dosage for 3-4 more weeks with pretty decent carb cycling to end and get my metabolism back to normal.

Calories in, calories out. Big calorie surplus, Tren A, training your ass off. Can get away with a few "dirty" foods here and there to meet the total at the end of the day. Chicken, oats, and brown rice for 6k calories would be torture. Effect on your insides eating "dirty" on blast is more worrisome than potential negative effect on body composition

Compounds are entirely up to you but I've found it to be the best bang for my buck personally. Think the compound has several other unique abilities ex. increased feed efficiency and increased lipolysis but there are profile descriptions of the drug if you want to read into that. Explains it a hell of a lot better than I can. Helps a lot with my powerlifting too. If you eat a lot while on a bulk with it I've found that's where it really shines. Hard to do with the appetite suppression sometimes but it's only for 6-8 weeks
