    It has been awhile

    Man - I bet it has been over a year since I have been on here. Just saying Hi, and getting back to the research.

    I had to take a break from here and focus on one main objective. I found that the more I read the more I changed up diet and routine. Now that I have met me 1st goal it is time to do more reading. Glad to see that some of the friend I have met are still here and I am sure I will be leaning on you guys again for more advice as my new goal is to take the stage one day. hopefully ready this time next summer. got a long way to go but here is the best place to start.
