    Ulcer Advice?

Had an upper endoscopy done this morning which revealed I have an ulcer in my stomach and a very small one in my esophagus. The doctor prescribed me Omeprazole to take once a day.

He also left a list of foods not to eat or in moderation which are as fallows:
    Caffeine
    Chocolate
    Fat/grease
    Tomato sauces
    Citrus
    Milk

Great everything I love! I honestly don't drink a lot of caffeine as is, I don't drink coffee, I will have a pre workout once in a while but I drink a ton of green tea. The doctor said that tea is just as bad for ulcers so idk what I'm going to do on that end lol.

I'm looking for advice on foods that other members have to avoid or on the opposite end foods that may possibly help with ulcers?

The same question goes for supplements, any supplements that should be avoided with ulcers and any that can help?

Lastly, are there any known interactions between Omeprazole and any types of supplements?

    Thanks!

All supplements most likely. I can't get away with much these days especially oral steroids . Stress gets me also.

It doesnt matter how good looking she is, some where, some one is tired of her shit.

Light travels faster then sound. This is why some people appear bright until you hear them speak.

Great place to start researching ! http://forums.steroid.com/anabolic-s...-database.html

My daughter took Omeprazole for pretty much the exact same reason. Once it heals you should be g2g as long as you dont over do any of the listed goods.

Yeah I would cut back on the green tea since you do it a lot or at least change to one with no caffeine. Drink more, more, more water.

I was starting to get one, had a lot of acid reflux but using apple cider vinegar and backing soda once in a while seemed to fix things up.
