Time has come that I need a break from the Pollution of Beijing. Hitting Philippines for 6-8 weeks for some open water swimming, whalesharks, tarsiers, and local wildlife lol.

The gym I will lift at is a frigging dungeon that would make Henery VIII proud. I noticed even though it is a pit they still have a sign...

No curls in the squat rack...

Maybe a sign they are ready to move to second world country lol.

Major upside is nurses are a dime a dozen and always ready to assist in a phlebotomy. Everyday I think doctors get more and more attached to pushing pills than diagnosing. Arrow high here take this etc. My thoughts might not fit in good on this site but the advice here is pretty solid...definately not pill pusher mentality..if anything anti-pill pushers.
