Been there-done that. But that was like 23 years ago for me. And it wasn't a very good experience for me.
I knew my gym partner since she was a sexy, hot 17 year old virgin. By the time I'd "hit it", she was a 21 year old cute but chunky gym partner who'd been far beyond virginity by then.

As for your question.......If she don't ask, don't tell.

So, we all know now that the OP is just bulls***ting and there is no gym partner and, quite probably, no girlfriend. But if it were real, if the situation was reversed, and she was the one cheating on you, how would you feel? If you're fine with both of you sleeping around, then great, but that's almost never the case. If you want to sleep around like you're single, then STAY SINGLE! I wouldn't feel sorry for you if your significant other cut your junk off.

He still posts in other forums....good memories that thread. He was quite the champ with the responses.

On vacation walked by a gay bar. The doors and windows were wide open and 2 guys were entertaining the crowd dancing on the top of the bar. Several random females,myself included,gathered to take in the free show. One guy had quite the body and the clientele were mostly gorgeous looking guys. He beckoned us gals to come on in. The whole scene reminded me of our own gay stripper.

From what I could tell, the guy was pulling down some tips!

If you choose to tell her you humped your BB buddy, she will tell everyone that she broke up with her ex because she caught him fvcking his gym partner and automatically that sounds terrible no matter how you look at it. I mean who believes a woman is a mans Gym partner other than us.

I cannot believe a military man would post this lol. A girlfriend is a piece of meat. A gym partner is a piece of meat. Just as the UPS guy is a piece of meat to her. Start worrying about morals when you swear to be a good boy and girl legally. If you served overseas you know that it is an accepted norm in most cultures to not be monogamous.

OP, if you got blarney you might have a chance of telling and it working out. If not then under the bus you toss yourself. I personally do not mingle with US or UK women. WAY too out in left field of reality for me lol.
