Got my test results back

Well, I decided to take a blood test to see how my levels are naturally.

And what I could gather is that my test is at 21.7 (which was slightly above the midpoint according to the range) and everything else was in the high end of the ranges.

Except Vitamin B12... that was around 730 and the range indicated a cap of 660, but the doctor said its nothing to worry about.


Just not sure if 21.7nmo/l is good/bad for a man in his early twenties...

It converts to 625ngd/l < which is just fine(by normal people standards, lol)
