Drinking alcohol
So I'm not much of a drinker nowadays. But after my first cycle is finished in June, I'm pretty much going to be socially required to drink at least a little bit at a friends wedding towards the end that month. I'll be nearing the end of my PCT by that time. My question is how much can drinking effect my recovery? Apparently alcohol releases estrogen or something?!

Yes alcohol horrible, raises esteogen, useless calories, lowers testosterone and etc

I think you are asking whether it is safe or not. Of course you can have some drinks. Basically, you do not want to drink too much on a cycle because you are already working your liver from the roids. But, you are not going to keel over and die from it. Of course from a health standpoint, no one will suggest you drink. But, it is not like drinking arsenic.

I almost always drink tea also. Long Island Iced tea or Electric Iced tea.

If u want to have a drink enjoy it and don't stress over it or it just won't be worth it IMO... I don't drink much at all but I have plenty for whoever comes by and I don't feel any obligation to join them as the get boxed up! I fact, it's kinda fun to see them make a Azz out of themselves, lol... Cheers

A drink here or there isn't going to make much of a difference in regards to your cycle. But at a wedding or any social gathering, you are NOT obligated to drink. You can always say "no." At my brother's wedding (where I was the best man), I had a glass of Martinelli's sparkling cider to toast him with.
Cycle or no cycle, if you do drink, drink in moderation.

Thanks for all the advice guys. I'll see how I feel on the day and make a choice whether to drink or not there and then. But if I do decide to I'll do it in moderation.
Cool.
