I won't bother you guys with all the details but I got ****ed out of a promotion, when I asked what I need to do to prove I'm ready I was told there's nothing I can do.

Thanks for serving but that is why I got out of the military. If I had to do it again it would have been only been in the US Air Force and be and officer.....that is it. Good luck. I do know that they like education.

A permanent career in the military would be so shittt. The pay is bad and there is nothing worse than public service jobs. I did my 4 years made lance corporal then got out of there. Private sector is where its at.

Made points for sure. Went to a couple schools and exceeded the standards at all of them. NCOIC had to leave for a bit and the other NCOs this person put in charge decided I'm not ready even though the NCOIC was putting me up for promotion.
