    True

And just as Bio said once the juice is clear put it in a tuber wear container or tin foil over it(keeps it very moist) and if it was slightly under the carry over cooking will make it perfect(if baking) grillin is way more favorable...

Also I would like to note (if no one else has as I didnt read all the replies) that 2 months is not really all that long. Your body is only now starting to adjust to the new diet and not storing fat like it was before.

These 30 or 60 day diets are BS. You mostly loose water weight and it will come back twice as fast as you loose it. It takes a few months for your body to really stabilize and get use to a certain diet or routine.

Just keep the mind set that it's not a sprint, it's a marathon and dont look for daily or weekly changes. Dont make short term goals or expectation.

I slow bake my chicken, I do do dishes with 6-7 breasts in each. I season with garlic salt, pepper, paprika, taco seasoning, onion powder, oregano, and sometimes fresh cilantro. I cook them at 225* for 3-4 hours covered, then turn the oven off and leave them in there for a few more hours to slowly cool. You can shred the chicken with your fingers, it is so tender and juicy done this way. I bag and freeze them and just take out what I need the night before and let it thaw on the counter over night. You can get a rice cooker and cook your rice and leave it on the counter for a few days taking out what you need daily. You can also cook up a bunch of sweet potatoes and keep in the fridge. I have to eat a shit ton of food to maintain my 270lbs, I know how hard it can be to not get sick of the same shit every day, all day. But that is what separates us from the sloths of society, we sacrifice to achieve our goals. If it was easy, everybody would be huge and in great shape, most are just huge (not in a good way) these days.

^^^ this is soo true!! I've just recently been as strict as I have(about 6 months) and I've never felt better... It will take a lil time for your body to start seeing the effects, but I will say your body is starting to adapt now(as lb stated) just keep doing what your doing and over time your diet will dictate your gains and overall health!

    Keep at it!

You're not missing much. All of the fast food joints have been making their foods even shittier now then how you remembered them. They take so many liberties with that shit too, I don't know how they can call it "food" with a straight face.

What? Do you know that the whole point of eating fats(like nuts oils avocados cottage cheese, etc) and casein b4 bed at night does right? During sleep you go into catabolism(we don't want this)!

Eating healthy fats and casein are very slow digesting macros/protein(which staves off catabolism while you sleep!!!

What's no good??? I don't think you understand what how much more effective this approach is?? What may I ask you do to prevent this(catabolism) from happening???

Haha i simply meant casein is a supplement and It would be way better if it were cottage cheese for example!

I knew about slow digesting proteins before bed. But why the fats before sleep? How does that have advantage over catabolism if you take it during day?

It works in the same aspect... Heathy fats(nuts, cottage cheese, avacados, etc PB) all slows digestion so it's best to eat healthy fats and a casein b4 bed to help prevent catabolism! Same concept... Slowly digested fats/proteins help stave off catabolism as we sleep...

this exactly because you are about to take an extended period of time with no food so the slower we can digest the food the better. For me I drink a casein shake at night simply for the reason that I enjoy it and it's really the only treat I get as far a food goes. It tastes almost the texture of a milk shake. There are most certainly better options out there especially for someone that's higher bf trying to cut weight. In that case real food will always be the better option
