    Test only cycles healthier?

Since testosterone is a hormone produced by our bodies, would sticking with testosterone only cycles be a healthier choice than stacking steroids that are foreign to our bodies?

Are any other steroids produced in any way by our bodies?

Way too individualistic to answer with any accuracy. Testosterone being naturally produced has nothing to do with "healthy cycling". I assume healthy cycling references least damage to HPTA.

For the sake of giving some sort of answer, yes, less compounds would healthier. Shut down is shut down, and testosterone only will shut you down, but additional compounds could cause harm beyond your HPTA.

    Shit, HPTA

How about the rest of our body

But, it is a broad question

Mild is def the best way to go for health longevity

I just can't see it being good for our health running 3+ compounds at over a gram a week

Very broad question, thanks for the answers.

It just makes sense to me that, regardless of dosage, supplementing hormones like testosterone , and even insulin , would have a milder effect on your body than a compound like Deca or Tren , which to my knowledge is not even a derivative of something our bodies produce?

Even a test only cycle there is nothing simple about it. This is the mentality that get most people in trouble and coming to the forum asking for help during or after a cycle. Read all the sticky notes at the top of the forums. Read them again and again until you understand them clearly. As long as you think you know better or have your own ideas you are setting yourself up to fail. If you think it's easy then most likely you will fail. Only after you decide it's going to take a lot of work, planning and monitoring will you have a good chance of succeeding.

Nandrolone is naturally-occurring in the human body. But only a few milligrams weekly, which is why it is so suppressive to the HPTA.
