    Look I am very out spoken and I did what I did because in my opinion it was the right thing to do, I wont take it back. If the site wants me gone I will go, at least I get a few days before the ban starts.

    Ive been on 4 weeks suspension not 24hr before now, I responded well to it but I was injecting 3 x per day which I personally feel is better than 2
