For movies I use free tube spot dot com. Starting to see some virus reports lately though so use caution. Movies are current and usually great quality. If not they seem to upgrade them in a few days.

Use kodi and install the kodimaster skin.

You can literally watch anything that was ever made.

I said F U to Comcast and cut my cord.

A Nvidia shield TV is one of the best investments I've made.

Yeah and it's open source so it's free.

I'm not sure if there is a version for osx.

    There's none for ios.

There's a Windows and Linux version and an android device can download it from the play store.

Kodi is software original intended for home theaters to be able to play digital media from a server.

Kodi also allows you to install repositorys which are basically servers full of digital data that get updated daily.

The awesome thing about kodi and a skin like kodimaster is that dozens and dozens of repositorys are automatically added.

This means when you go to movies or TV shows you not only see stuff from popcorntime but also dozens of other repositorys automatically.

I have a firestick that is all set up and working pretty cool for steaming TV shows. Streaming picture quality is amazing. I am a huge TV show fan, so I've just installed Exodus addon through https://www.firesticktricks.com/inst...odi-addon.html . Exodus is one of the most-used Kodi addons out there, allowing users to obtain easy access to movies and TV-shows.

I have a pretty good success rate finding these sites on my own by searching for the episode I want to watch. The trick is knowing how they tend to name the shows.

The convention that's arisen over the years is to indicate the season and episode of the particular show like this: S01E01. Which means season one and episode one. S12E26 means the 26th episode of the 12th season. Just an S and an E followed by a two digit number (and always two digits). It's the same naming convention they tend to use for the ripped video files on offer on the torrent websites.

So if you want to watch the second episode of the fourth season of Better Call Saul, search for:

watch online free "Better Call Saul" s04e02

I add 'watch online free' to somewhat limit the search results to pirate sites. Not every hit will be what you're looking for and it will take some effort on your part to learn to separate the pepper from the fly shit without bothering to open each hit to check it. Some are going to be "legit" online services, like Netflix or Hulu, so those obviously are non-starters. And there'll be a lot of hits from sites that "claim" they have what you're looking for but only will allow you to watch if you sign up for a membership, which might include paying them (you've got to admire the chutzpah of someone who tries to sell you something that the both of you know is pirated).

Even the 'legit' pirate websites have to do something to pay the bills, so most of them will try to bury you with pop-ups and re-directs. I find uBlock Origin pop-up blocker works very well.

Some of these sites probably are looking to load you up with some sort of malware or other. The way I avoid the risk is using Linux. Mac also works since OSX is a "UNIX-like" OS. Granted that's not a one-size-fits all solution, and all OSes have their flaws, I just happen to find Linux's flaws easier to live with. Plus Linux is the bee's knees if you like to D-I-Y. If you surf these sorts of sites from Windows, be sure to have your antivirus in good working order.

I don't get too attached to the web address itself because these sites get shut down with regularity. Fortunately, the guys who run them tend to get attached to their domain's name so when they get shut down they tend to re-open from a new location using the same domain name but under a different registration with a different top level domain (TLD). So when "getfreetvhere.pa" gets shut down, it might re-open in a couple of days under they new URL of "getfreetvhere.cr".

So if you get comfortable with whatever goes on at "getfreetvhere.pa" but it goes Error 404 on you, just search on the old domain name without the old TLD but be sure to include the period. So search for:

    watch online free "getfreetvhere."

I use quotes and a dot (period) in this search to try to narrow the search.

You can locate sites that host sports events by a similar method. I won't use their real initials because they are a litigious lot, but let's call this particular fictitious fight sanctioning organization, "XYZ." And if you want to find a site streaming XYZ's 230th installment, search on:

    watch online free "xyz 230"

I also find that Reddit is a good source for links to sports events, in which case I would search on:

    "xyz 230" site:reddit.com

If Reddit doesn't turn anything up I sometimes also check postcount.net the same way, using the "site:" search tool. For reasons you probably can figure out, they tend not to release the links to these streams until hours before the event.

For sports events there invariably are lots of 'hits' giving AceStream links (particularly at Reddit and the like). AceStream is a point-to-point streaming service that requires you have the (free) AceStream application installed on your computer. I find that AceStream feeds almost always are much 'steadier' and more likely to support HD or near-HD than the regular HTML links.

Any new bootleg programs for the Firestick? I was using Terrarium TV for watching everything but seems that option is no longer available
