Rousey Retires?

Whats her next move? I think she should retire and call it good. She had a good run, brought attention to the world of women's fighting, and there's nothing shameful about that. In her prime, she simply fought women who weren't really competent fighters. Now that some women are very well trained and give actual resistance, she just cant hang. I think women in her weight class have progressed beyond her skill level. She'll always be a pioneer in that regard, but I would hate to see her continue to fight and get destroyed.

Saw the fight and didn't expect it to end that quickly. She was completely outmatched and Nunes was just coming straight at her with her gloves down. That takes balls in any fight. Both of them could kick my ass so my hats off to both of them, but I agree she should probably call it a day.

I think she over thought and thought she could take her striking. She is an entirely different animal than amanda. The thing that made her so great to me was the way she could throw someone while striking and never miss a beat. The fastest knockout she had was absolutely beautiful. She employed her whole body at once without hesitation between moves.
This fight it was clear she was focused only on her fists landing. She is always gonna be one of the best on earth in my mind.

Hahaha I was in the gym late the just got home to fast forward through the prelims until the ppv started.

I almost shit my pants when I saw Vegas had Rousey as the favorite!! I would have bet the bank on the Lioness! Rhonda is the Liddell/Couture of the woman, first generation champion, the sport has evolved around her. Nunez is the first of the woman to be 100% rounded, her stand up and ground game are both solid, plus she is strong as hell. If she polishes up her foot work and angles on stand up she wont be beat for quite some time.

I cant deal with the giddy girl crowd (teenyboppers). Some dont lose it until they are in their late twenties. Im not saying Im glad to be older. I am just glad women my age that approach me are mature now. Sorry for the hijack dhew.

Ah mate i know what your typing. I am starting to like older women now. Like older then 25 or even 30 they are looking more attractive to me lately. Where i live 16 is the legal sex age but a few weeks ago at the beach(its summer time here) there was this 16 year old, fit firm body she was keen for a "date" but i kind of felt weird because i am going to be 28 Soon so even tho it was legal it felt wrong to me so i turned her down. I feel mature

Thats the only way to put it mate. Older women you at least have to put some effort in. i kind of enjoy the challenge. Young girls are like shooting a terrorist in barrel. What annoys me when i was at high school i had no luck with girls my age because all those older cvnts would snap them up.

Agreed with the pay, but who was really the draw there? Man I feel worse for Rousey now than I did for Iron Mike when he lost to Buster. Terrible way to go out - I hope she has a very good family/friend support system.
