I know I sure do. Powerstroke is a guy sil cooked up in his imagination because he had no friends... I became real because of the fact that silabolins little heart is so pure. Its kinda like the velveteen rabbit except I like pussy, adrenaline, and expectorants. My pain right now is a direct result of silabolins need for companionship.

Actually now that you mention it, I have a dull ache in my elbow and a Thirst for adventure and a band of companions.

Bring both the longhead & lateral head out more you'll get more thickness going(the longhead is much bigger and dense - you want it hanging down(rounded would be a full uscle belly) ... my long head which isn't really seen and I know yours is good as well just seeing the backside of it with other pics... and u know just by leaning out a little they'll pop even moreso!
It's gonna be a great 3 wks brother and of course MORE growth!

Suggestion on bringing the Long head out? More over head movements?

    Overhead triceps extensions

    Lock out dumbbell bench reps

    Really close grip bench press

    Diamond pushups

DB French press(using both hands) the bigger the long head the thicker the tri, however, don't neglect the lateral head - say lying/&!standing rope/V-grip ext's either it'll stretch the linghead which is always activated yet puts more stress in the lateral head as well!

CG bench... not real close(do diamond push-ups) as it fucks up your wrists going too close and your elbows end up flaring out(keep it a touch closer than shoulder width) but elbows pinned and line up w/your sternum with bar)

I did French press last week and one arm French press this week. These both good you think.

    So more over head motions?

Just a good nice squeeze on lockout.

I have an issue keeping my arms parallel with sternum from scoliosis.

Makes very simple form extremely difficult in some cases. Especially seated rows and barbell curls and flat bench

Plus i can't sleep comfortably on my back.

One hips forward, opposite shoulder down and back.

Shorter by a half inch on left leg but right leg locks out when walking, left leg constantly bent at knee

Plus I had a straight pelvis fracture about 10 years ago, riding a quad in woods. Rode for 45 more minutes till I was immobilized grom, pain.

I was on suboxone at the time (prescribed) so I think it muted the pain.

I wish I would have left as soon as the accident happened

Damn man one thing is your not letting your injuries define you but rather yiurvredefining yourself -

I feel you not being able to sleep on your back... my R shoulder needs to be replaced and very similar that my R shoulder doesnt lay flat and the bones are warped(collarbone and bone in back) and L hip is off still need to get that checked ...

Best of luck to you and keep grindin' man your doing very well!

Cape I'm no where near Nach's knowledge.

But a sample of what I do (since I saw u say French press one week and one arm next)

I do a French press one week. And (used to) go heavy...was getting 100s then next week would be a heavy close grip bench.

Then a variation of any type of skulls.

    A pd movement.

Maybe a kick back or dip.

Not sure if it's right thinking but, I switch off my heavy movement each week. Just like for example legs. One week squats one week press.

    Just something to think about.

    Maybe Nach will chime in

    @ Cape

Also try a slight incline(30*ish not 45*) skull crushers(angle your elbows slightly back to really stretch that long head hard lockout!

Also DB's(palms facing) ext's! Great movement it's tough for my shoulder to get in the right position!

I love weighted dips - CG bench is a must imho but yeah switching it up hence why I gave you the other two above... all activate the longhead moreso!

Stuck to as many compound movements as you can but switch them up - I like ending with pushdowns or a s/s or tri set of pushdowns(Use diff attachments) and so on....

    Good shit Sfla!

    Thanks.

The pelvis just adds that much more to my crooked posture

I have a s Bend to the right in my spine with a right side thoracic twist.

When I got into that wreck I was 260 pounds pure fat that's why I didn't realize how serious it was till later on in life

Yes dips are awesome I love doing dips I do them every chance I get
