The shape of his biceps are genetics related i agree sil but the transformation what nach has done over the last 2 years is hit related. I've had more or less 3 to 4 messages daily over the last couple of yrs from nach and ive coached him to how his body responds and ive learnt him the true meaning of failure and hit and the results speak for themselves .
Hit isn't for everyone some guys haven't got the mindset for it and some people respond better to volume but nach is a warrior and learnt from the ground up and for me i can see the results shine through
Getting a pump will not permanently stretch the fascia it takes alot more than a pump for an hour to stretch the bicep.Last edited by marcus300; 02-06-2017 at 05:27 AM.

Think of a hernia as a tire that has a soft spot(like those bubbles on the side of worn out tires)... that's how they explained it to me
Where's it hurt? Is it lower or right under your sternum - two totally different kinds... they would both be able to push out just by your pressure of doing so! Tell me more

You serious Sil... I think I got decently full muscle bellies especially my tris... my peaks are just as good as yours but I agree I need to thicken the brachialis to lift it off the arm and the inner head could use more thickness and separation - remember it's my first 5wks back from 4months of zero weights - hernia surgeries, & a torn R quad but it's all coming back

Attachment 167464 its lower. I cant take a better pic without showing off my tiny pecker. I have pulled ab muscles and it hurt similar but never this bad this long. It is bulging out slightly on my left side. Could just be swelling from a muscle? Idk but when I cough it feels like a knife poking outward. Fuck i hope this is just a pulled muscle... also the bulge is one one side over a broad area in not small and isolated.

The coughing making it hurt tells me it may be hernia related - I know my ventral hernia bulged out like an alien was trying to pop out my stomach - but mine didn't hurt till later in the surgeries(as the more I've gotten done)
If it hurts I'd definitely get it checked at the very least! If it's bad you'll need surgery at some point and they'll probly put mesh in there(which my body rejected for over 2yrs after getting it out in)

What movements make your pain worse OB? Are you sure it's not something more internal instead of muscle?

When I stand up or sit down, cough laugh or flex in any way. It hurts constant but flexing my lower abdominal muscle hurts like a bitch. The other day I thought my hip was dislocated my groin muscle was so tightly drawn, it went away, i hope this does too. I cant picture myself getting a hernia. I have lifted the most dumb shit in the worst ways. I cant imagine basketball with my boys goving me a hernia.

I think its an ab tear. The puffiness on one side is definitely swelling. I felt the muscle and i feel no variations in the texture. The swelling is running down from my waistline. Most of the pain is just below my waistline, god it hurts like a bitch there though.
I JUST TOOK A DUMP! HIT TO FAILURE THREE DROP SETS! PAINFUL TRAINING!Last edited by Obs; 02-06-2017 at 09:27 PM.

Omg. Its extremely rare i become real life upset. But i saw this argue from day one.
My GOD. The Silabolin Memorial Hospital would be in addition to everything else.
You can even use it at your local hospital when the doctors are struggling.
Some of the guys here know more about some problemes than my regular doc.
Just saying.

Its an ab tear Im almost certain. Just fyi yall. I kinda think it tore for the same reason as my groin was so taut for a couple days I think the is a nerve somrwhere screwed up when my lower spine moves. This ab thing hurts. Owee. Not gonna trash up this thread with it anymore. I think it will be fine in a week.
