I haven't a clue what I weigh either - im guessing 204ish(started out @ 185ish) - put 2"(18 1/4 cold biggest they e ever been) on arms - lost 3" on waist(31" now)... Probly lost 4% bf or so

Bench can't max out but did a set of BB Flat bench 20sets(pyramided 10up then 10drops) at the 10th set I ended with 335 x 3 - first time in 7yrs on a BB

Not withthe shoulder - but we certainly did go to failure plus forced reps after 225

I've done 385 on incline at lighter weight - 415 on flat was my best but I can't do less than 3-4 reps anymore just the pressure on my damn shoulder

It cant be any worse than mine. Thank God we hate abs! My ab tear screwed me a little but it would have been about the same regardless with my poor diet. You put on lean mean gain though! Shows your expertise. I put on a lot but it was much sloppier than you two.

Your legs are big though. Thats a proud thing, like bg said anyone can grow their upper. The real pros show it in their legs. I see lots of guys with big uppers but so few with legs to match like kel. Legs are a real bitch. You are worrying me now. Anxious to see.

Yeah that does suck because you have a giant chest. I like knowing a measurement of chest just because it gives a better idea what someone looks like. 52.5 inches is big. Silabolin looks as wide as a house @ around 56-58. Short guys have it made lol

I can now say yes for what this friendly competition and the dungeon(everyday helping each person be accountable taught myself the importance of drive desire determination & to be a lil

Hell yes, and well put. Just an online comp but it made my girlfriend think I was fully psychotic. Thanks to you guys for what I learned too. I just overhauled my cycle plans because of you two.

Nach you put on some amazing mass and your bodyfat went down, I am very impressed. You both are cool, haaard workers, this took a lot of drive. I hope we inspire others to do this too.
