    No I appreciate your input. No blood but it is damn difficult to piss for some reason. Don't know if they are related. May be my prostrate acting up again.

    I'd lean more toward prostate... I know I get that on cycle sometimes - you do take something tho too right?!

    Would side w/ Nach about prostate, but I've always been conservative so if it continues, always best to get it checked out.

    Always loved Haggler, just love the real fighters. Sorry to get way off track, but would actually love to see McGregor against Floyd, particularly if it was less rounds. I think McGregor would at the very least, take the fight to him without any fear of looking bad.

    Not much sides at all now - I was having low stream, and hard to start to piss a while back, and every now and then some constriction in the 'Chode' area lol - but it's very few and far between - I got a full hormone panel coming up in 2-3wks(even tho this is only 6wks I'm going 12ish all together! So PSA will be checked!

    I surely agree about the real punchers and fighters of all time(gotta put Tyson up there as he was just a dominating force b4 Cus Dematto died) he was like his father... I think if Mcgregor got a hold of him and it was MMA he'd hurt Floyd. In a boxing match it'd could be close but I don't see anyone as fast or a better counter puncher at this time...

    Here's my b4 pics(cold).... 3wks today back lifting after a 4 month break(2surgeries) & a huge breakfast - EBARESSING YES! I have a ton of work to do but believe me when I say it will be a lot of fun and lots of changing in 6wks...
    5'10" 213 atm... time to carve this body up! Let's do it fellas!

    On side chest because of my back I couldn't turn more. And couldn't get my leg forward and bent for a good ham shot.

    I been beating myself up over mine. But thts why I'm training calvs on leg day and on my off days at the middle and end of the week. So 2-3 times a week now. My left has a lot of catching up to do so I want to start doing single leg calf raises. Now tht I have access to. Gym I'm hitting them with me real weight. WE walk on them everyday lifting our body weight with one calf each time we walk so I'm trying to go super heavy and high volume to break tht threshold

    Ya calves are a cunt of a thing but lately i have been seeing good results with a good stretch at the bottom hold it then exploding up squeeze at the top and a slow 3-5 second negative

    That will be good for your side calf. Solous or whatever. It's hard to balance holding a barbell or dumbells doing standing calf raises but put your toes on something raised and let your heels hang and do them for the back bulk of the calf ..are you like I was previouslY..with no gym pass? So glad I got one now. It's like a feast of options I have now..kid in a candy store

    Yeah I heard they like that. Probaly cuz we don't do that normaly in everyday movement. It's sort of half reps etc..so a good squeeze and negative activates them I hear.

    LOL - you think I wanted to post those pre picks - that's embarrassing for me - (it's literally been 3wks back in 4monhs) w/2 surgeries in there - but I'm hoping the MM will bring me back quickly! But it's all about the motivation brother... and work ethic! We got that here for sure
