I posted up reasons why I wasn't able to get in there today in the dungeon but I too, got legs tomorrow(mindset is already there it's time to do some damage) then arms together the following day (short & very intense) and I'll be reporting in tomorrow...

No we're good... one thing including myself that I haven't taken fully advantage of is a pre-cycle prime! It's slowly(6-8wks) reducing your glycogen stores over this time via carb cycling and cardio.... getting into a lower bf Is just a bye product of your 'prime'!
Think of it like this if your bf is sub 10% and I'm single digits it's fighting itself all the way to holdtat bf level, however your creating a growth window by doing so... your body/muscles will be like a sponge soaking up all(90+%) of the nutrients and food u consume... as opposed to 60-70% if no prime was done - plus this makes dosages not need to be so high and is a tool that Marcus has wrote about and will be a constant for me from here on out - and imo I'll attack my training via pure HIT and with such intensity and progressive overload your giving your body no choice but to grow!
Look up Marcus' Pre-cycle prime - it's extremely beneficial for short burst cycles(which dosages do not need to be crazy - if your used to 500mgs of test up it to 750-800/wkly add in another compound(imho a 19nor) and you have an extremely anabolic /& androgenic synergistic relationship and your growth window depends on previous cycles - always take notes to what wk you actually start to slow at progressing once you slow or the sides start creeping up(which they will especially when using higher doses) drop em and pullback as your growth window has closed - I know from previous cycles I stop growing around wk 8-10 on short esters or sooner if SBCing! I still haven't mastered this but I plan on it by the end of the yr!

Fully aware, do not care. 5 kids, might as well burn my balls off. When you hot a dead spot you increase dosages to get bigger. I know all about how long a person is supposed to wait and the reasons why. I could do it "right" but I am not interested. I am pretty sure I have said many times that I am headed straight for trt eventually.

Agreed! Some don't do well with Tren it's great for strength and cutting but I have a hard time eating on it after 4-6wks so short bursts of ace is what I like!

Between quitting smoking and tren I have a hollow feeling and have lost important drive. I usually feel great on cycle. I am blaming tren more than cigarettes.

I feel dumb for bothering with it. I could have achieved more with higher deca and more cardio + an eca stack. Anything that makes your resting heart rate 100+ bpm is bound to make you feel shitty after weeks.
